Shiny!
Man, is stuff shiny! I worked a bunch more on the embroidery and stopped at this point today:

In case you're wondering what the process was here, I shaped the Italian mesh ribbon to be the shapes of the lion's heads, torsos, and legs then beaded and embroidered on top of it. You can see the mesh on the lion on the right.

Holy Moly! That is so impressive and I *really* hope you're going to be wearing this at Costume College, because I want to see it in person. I promise I won't leave any drool on your shoulder....
