Faked bangs

Quaintrelle Life has a great new tutorial up on creating a wiglet of "Bettie Page" style bangs. I'm certain you could modify the tutorial for other eras too.  Cutting the hair longer and curling it all individually could create a nice second bustle era curly fringe.
