Game of Thrones Embroidery

Thanks to the Costumer's Guide for pointing out Michele Carragher's website which has amazing close up's of the embroidery on many Game of Thrones Costumes.  I saw the blue gown with the birds at the FIDM exhibit earlier this year and had my socks knocked off with how lovely it was but I had no idea of the intricacy of many of the other GoT costumes featured on the site.  From Lannister Lions to leaping Tully trout and astonishingly realistic bugs, even if you're not into the series the site is worth a look.  Be sure to click on the images to get an even closer view.
